This is the site where we do all our work. You can see the cliffs we are on in the distance, and get an idea of the destruction from the allied bombing from the cratering and broken concrete. You can see from the view to the beach in the distance how this site would have clear fields of fire onto Omaha and Utah beaches, which is why it was so crucial to take before we landed.
